Return & Refund Policy

  1. We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item(s) in original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  4. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure receipt of returned goods, as refunds will not be issued for items not received.
